Perhaps you are among the many people in this "too busy/two income family", or "single-parent" society who would enjoy having some "authentic" Cajun cooking on your dinner table, but after working and keeping with the kids' schedules, you just don't have the extra time or energy for grocery shopping, chopping, dicing, slicing, mixing, and standing over the stove. It is our pleasure to provide that solution to you.

Our Story: 
Growing up in Cajun country, amidst the culinary rich Cajun culture, it was a natural for our chef to enjoy cooking -- and sharing it with others. He just loves to cook -- nothing fancy like some TV chefs you may know of - just good ole' Cajun-style cookin' with great flavor. After 25 years of providing authentic Cajun cuisine for numerous parties and friends locally, as well as for friends from Florida to Texas, our chef is now making his great "down-home" cooking available to you, your family, and your friends.

Some ingredients used in Cajun Flavors' products are not found in your local supermarket or grocery stores. They are only obtained from specific locations throughout Cajun country. In order to produce truly "authentic" Cajun prepared food products, we believe it is important to begin with truly authentic Cajun ingredients only found deep in Cajun country. Rather than try to be "everything to everyone" with hundreds of menu items to choose from, Cajun Flavors' preference is to focus on a few of everyone's favorite Cajun dishes, and do them better than anyone else. Our menu is truly the "Best of the Best" for "real" Cajun flavor.


All menu choices are excellent. Our Signature Dish is Chicken & Sausage Gumbo. It is "Better than the Best" most have ever had. Many have commented that it BETTER than ANY restaurant or café in the Baton Rouge area. These dishes are cooked with a "real Cajun accent" similar to the tastes found throughout the Acadiana area (Lafayette, New Iberia, Opelousas, Eunice, Ville Platte, Mamou) where Cajuns make up most of the local populations. One of the world's most renowned Cajun chefs, Paul Prudhomme is from the Acadian area of Louisiana.
